I was born in 1978 and grew up in a completely unbelieving family.

I had taken part in the youth consecration and I was a young pioneer in the GDR. As a child I felt that God existed. I felt a little at home in every church I went to as a child. My longing for God grew more and more. I loved touching the Bible in churches and it was sacred to me as a child. After I was very attached to my psychological abyss at the end of the age of 16, I found a booklet by Reinhard Bonnke in my parents' pile of newspapers. The booklet said: "From minus to plus". I opened it and I read in it how to find God. That was one of the most beautiful moments of my life. Such a feeling: I finally find it. Finally. And I read through the booklet. I practically devoured it. Jesus became my first real stop in my life. I prayed the prayer at the end of the booklet in which I asked Jesus to forgive my sins and entrusted my life to Jesus. I filled out the card and sent it off. And so I got mail from a pastor very quickly. Since I was still a minor at the time, my mother decided to send the pastor away when he first tried to contact me when he was at the door. And so I then secretly contacted him and met this pastor regularly. He took me to church services and I began to feel God's love more and more. I had already built so many walls around my heart. But the Holy Spirit touched my heart so deeply and the walls fell and the tears flowed…. Then when I was 19 I was baptized and did a whole thing with God. I then experienced the work of the Holy Spirit for the first time. Especially in the Arche Hamburg I experienced the Holy Spirit so strongly that I fell so in love with Jesus that I wanted more and more of Him and I still want to. The sick were being healed before my very eyes, it was overwhelming. I also felt the presence of the Holy Spirit like a wind "blowing" from right to left and one person after another was touched by God's presence. Thank you Jesus!
